H. J. High oversaw the design and construction of Scan Design’s latest furniture center. The Boca Raton store is their newest store location on the east coast of Florida. Located on 1.67 acres between Eddy and Bailey Street in the City of Boca Raton, this 24,000 sf furniture and accessory showroom offers the latest in upscale, contemporary designs and options from around the world.
The exterior of the facility is concrete tilt wall with exterior accents of custom stone, Accoya Wood, and Prodema Panels provide the contemporary building with natural wood that enhances the building’s unique style and elegance. Inside the facility there is polished concrete throughout and inlaid marble accent flooring. The building also includes a 1,5000 sf backroom with dock height loading/unloading, 25’ clear height ceilings, and custom framed partitions to accentuate the furniture.
