H. J. High office personnel took the day to go to the Florida United Methodist Children's Home in Edgewater, Florida, to build 6' tall double-wide gates for their vocational area equipment storage. Some employees worked in the clothing warehouse sorting through donated clothing and organizing clothing for the Children's Home.
After lunch, we were treated to a tour through the campus of the Children's Home and learned about the Home's history, the programs that serve the local area, and the children the Home serves today.
Thanks to Randy Carroll, our chief estimator, for organizing our first charity work day for 2009!
